Applications are closed for another cycle and we have had them in from 34 Countries which is 12 more than last year. Some quick analysis shows that UK makes up for 49% of the applications followed by India with 10%, in third is Italy with 4% and US forth with 3%.
The surprising new entrant was Chile with 2.5% of the applications which maybe as a result of Startup Chile’s influence. Also looks like the Arab Spring has not dampened the entrepreneurial spirit as we have had applications from Tunisia and Egypt.
