This morning Ianni, Jonathan and mentor Chrys from AWS came down to the Oxygen tank to talk to the teams.

Ianni and Jonathan kicked things off with a presentation introducing AWS’s services, their architecture and finally how AWS is structured to work best with lean startup methodology, something all our teams have subscribed to. ‘It sounds like the best thing about AWS is the element of flexibility. Its also fast, accessible, personalised and rich in new features which is everything you need!’ commented Lee from Carhoots
After a quick lunch the teams spent the afternoons in 121’s with Jonathan and Ianni discussing how AWS could specifically benefit their business and asking questions.
Meanwhile, Chrys spent some time going round the office catching up with the teams following the Death by Mentor sessions he took part in during October. ‘It was good to catch up with Chrys again.’ Daniel from RateMyRomeo said, ‘When we last met in October the idea for RatemyRome was still quite sketchy at the concept stage. We had a chance to bring Chrys up to speed with all of our progress and developments and get some feedback on the direction we are taking’.

So that was Day 42, we have said goodbye to the Amazon guys and the teams have got their heads back down no doubt another late night working will be on the cards!
