Nick has significant business experience gained from a 20 year career in professional services – most recently he has joined Mazars as Corporate Finance Partner prior to that, he set up Atticus his boutique advisory business. Before setting up Atticus he was a Corporate Finance Advisory Partner with Deloitte for 7 years leading the highly successful Midlands corporate finance business for several years.
Nick’s experience covers a broad range of Corporate Finance Transactions providing both sell side and buy side advice to private and public companies, private equity houses and management teams.

He has experience of working throughout the UK and overseas covering a wide variety of sectors including TMT, healthcare, business services, and financial and legal services.
His experience will be particularly relevant in helping teams with business planning and how to prepare for the fundraising presentations.
